Viewing times for this auction are Friday prior 2pm – 4.30pm, Saturday prior 10am – 12 noon, Monday prior 9am – 4.30pm and on the morning of the sale from 9am.

House Clearance Service

Our comprehensive house clearance service aims to take as much pain as possible out of what can be an extremely stressful experience.

The first step is for one of our experienced and sympathetic valuers to visit the property to ascertain what can be sold – this service is free. You never know – there might be a hidden gem there waiting to be discovered!

We can then organise a complete or part house clearance, with all saleable goods coming to our auction rooms and the proper disposal of all that cannot be sold. Any personal effects which may be found are always kept. This leaves the property clean and tidy and ready for the next stage.

All items are sold in our Wrexham Auction Rooms which cater for all aspects of the auction world – from antiques and fine art to household effects, jewellery, silver, medals, collectables – we even sell vehicles!

We provide full paperwork, pre and post sale and copies can be sent to any number of interested parties.

We work closely with national and local Solicitors and we can provide professionally prepared valuations in order to assist with the closing of an estate.
